Due to the overwhelming demand in Veterinary Medicine, we are implementing a policy where all new clients will need to leave a $75 deposit for their first appointment. All our surgeries, new or established clients, will need to leave a $250 deposit when scheduling any anesthetic procedure. Both deposits will be refunded if cancellations are make AT LEAST 48 hours in advance for appointments and AT LEAST a week for surgeries. These deposits will go towards the cost of the appointment or surgery at that time.
We require a deposit when making appointments for New Clients as well as any Surgical procedure
